Fel i min beställning!

Hej! Jag beställde här ifrån och köpte en musiktavla till min pojkvän. Texten skulle vara när vi blev tillsammans och en bild på oss men när jag fick hem tavlan stod det ”No matter where” helt utan context för hela tavlan. Jag maila företaget och dom skrev att dem skulle lösa detta problem? Jag vet inte om jag får en ny men jag hoppas på det.
